Dr. Randy Davey
Dr. Randy Davey prides himself on providing each patient with individual attention and care. Specializing in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, he is extremely skilled in smile makeovers, implant dentistry, and full-mouth restorations. With his advanced skills and focus on continuing education, our expert dentist has helped many patients achieve the beautiful smile that they have always wanted. Dr. Davey is also well known for his gentle care and non-threatening manner, which put both adults and children at ease.
A graduate of California State University, Sacramento, Dr. Davey received his dental training at the prestigious University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry. Dr. Davey currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at California State University, Sacramento, and is a member of many prestigious organizations, including the International Academy for Sports Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Edward T. Wiggins II
Originally from Los Angeles, California, Dr. Edward Thomas Wiggins II, received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Morehouse College in 1998. After carefully deciding on a career in dentistry, Dr. Wiggins attended the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF) to obtain his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2002. Since 2004, Dr. Wiggins has practiced general and cosmetic surgery at a well respected dental practice in downtown San Francisco. While in San Francisco, Dr. Wiggins demonstrated his commitment to the community by providing countless hours of free dental work to patients around the bay area who could not otherwise afford dental care. Dr. Wiggins is focused on providing his patients with the highest quality dental care using the latest in advanced dental techniques, while building long-lasting, trust-based relationships with all of his patients. Dr. Wiggins is a member of the Sacramento Dental Society, California Dental Association, American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation and Invisalign certified.
Newly wedded and planning for a family in the near future, Dr. Wiggins sought out a practice in the Sacramento region to be closer to his parents. Dr. Wiggins found Dr. Davey’s practice to be a setting that aligned with his dedication to patient-centered care and the ideal location to start a family. Dr. Davey’s philosophy to deliver the very best in dental care to all of his patients as well as his veritable passion for the profession, were among just some of the qualities that differentiated Dr. Davey’s practice among others. Dr. Wiggins is excited to have the opportunity to continue his career with Dr. Davey and dedicated team to deliver high quality care to the Sacramento community.
“No Dentistry is always the Best Dentistry.” This is a popular quote that every dental practitioner should adhere to. Therefore prevention is the most critical part of assuring dental health. Dr. Wiggins strongly believes in a wide variety of preventive treatments to avoid future problems. These include nightguards in patients who damage teeth by grinding in their sleep and prescription strength toothpastes for those who are more prone to dental cavities. Dr. Wiggins understands that fear is the most common reason of avoiding the dentist. Therefore, when dental treatment is needed, it is imperative to make his patients feel comfortable and have a pain free experience. By having an easygoing, pain free visit, patients are more likely to get work done as needed and get onto a healthy maintenance schedule. For those who are especially fearful, Dr. Wiggins offers conscious sedation that can allow even the most fearful patient to not let their anxiety be a hindrance to having great dental health.
